On July 13th, Ambassador Marsico participated in the 4th Forum of the CIBAM/CLACSO Special Group in Novi Sad, which was held under the title: "Latin America and the Balkans: Cultural and Social Ties."

Within this framework, he presented the paper: "Malvinas and Kosovo. The Challenge of Consistency in International Law: A Reflection on the Application of Legal Principles in Two Unresolved Sovereignty Disputes."
