Between September 16th and 20th, the 2026 edition of the Tango Festival "Beltango and Friends" was held in different cities across Serbia.

The festival presented three excellent performances with live music and dance. During the festival, numerous milongas and workshops were held, led by Beltango quintet musicians and international artists.

We would like to highlight the presence of the Argentinian singer Lucas Boock and the Argentinian couple Rodrigo Palacios and Indira Hiayes, who won second place at the 2026 World Tango Championship.

Our embassy supported the Festival as part of a long-standing friendship with the Beltango group. We are grateful for everything that Beltango does to promote tango in Serbia, the region and throughout Europe.
