Tourist Visa
A) Citizens of the Republic of Serbia do not require a visa to enter Argentina for tourism purposes.
They may remain in the country for a period of up to 90 days, renewable in Argentina, at the Immigration Office, for a similar term of 90 days before the expiration date of the first period of 90 days.
Amateur athletes travelling to Argentina for sports activities may enter the country as tourist, that is, they do not require a visa to enter Argentina.
B) If a foreign citizen -with residency in the Republic of Serbia - needs a tourist visa or Travel Certificate requirements are:
1.Valid passport and previous passports to verify trips made overseas with photocopy of the document.
2.Original Application Form, completed and signed.
3.One (1) current photo, full front view, with white background, 4x4 cm, without glasses.
4.Flight schedule (with return ticket).
5.Proof of status in the jurisdiction.
6.Proof of funds for the duration of the visit to Argentina. Should also inform about credit cards and show bank statements for the last six months.
7.In case of references in Argentina (friends, family, etc), should submit an original letter of invitation including photocopy of their Argentine ID ,certified by a Notary Public (Escribano Público) and then authenticated by the College of Notaries Public (Colegio de Escribanos) in Argentina.
8.In case the person does not have Argentine references, hotel reservation must be made using own credit card.
9.Original letter from employer confirming employment.*
10.Submit real estate property/pension income documents.*
11.In case of being a university student, original letter from the university confirming being currently enrolled at such educational institution.*
12.Submit tourist itinerary/schedule for country sightseeing tours.
13.Request day and time for the Visa Interview.
14. Pay consular fee (USD 150 for visa or USD 250 for Travel Certificate)
*All documents presented should be translated into Spanish, Serbian or English.
It strongly encouraged to applicants to apply at least 40 days in advance of their proposed journey and to refrain from making irrevocable travel plans until the visa has been issued.
